Actually it is the work of the designer.
They design the application in the way as default browser.
some browser will ask while installing itself. If it is not then plz change the internet settings.

Sounds like you have gotten a bug... easy fix? go to malwarebytes.org donwlaod the little and FREE too there to rid your pc of the pesky little thing takea afew mins to do poof all done %26gt;%26gt;%26gt; firewall as nothing to do with it. also go to your internet exporere I assume? click on tools and set your start pge to what its supposed to be if that too is a prolem poof done~
