Motor controls, what do i need for this application? to switch between CCW and CW rotation,?

it is a single phase motor, with T1 T4 T5 T8, I hook up, L1 with T1 and T5 and I hook up L2 with T4 and T8, and I get CW I l know if i swap T5 and T8 I get CCW rotation, so what I need to know is what kind of switch to use to obtain this switching from forward to reverseMotor controls, what do i need for this application? to switch between CCW and CW rotation,?
If you have to swap 2 wires, then a DPDT switch is what you need.

Note that you can get DPDT switches with or without center off (CO), ie, in the center position neither of the contact are made.
