How to protect files,control internet & its applications, configure different manchines and control in n/w ?

I want to secure 240 users files and folders on different 60 assigned or unassigned computers sitting 60 users at a time on 60 computers in LAN.


I want:


1. Nobody should not delete each other's files or folders


2. controlling internet and data sharing in LAN; giving access to either of these two things or to none.


3. blocking messengers, porn sites, gaming sites etc.


4. configuring all 60 computers with same or different configuration or group of computers with a same configuration at a time.


5. Allowing/disallowing network resources such as printers.


6. controlling client computer.





all above mentioned tasks should be done from n/w server sitting at one desk by only one adminstrator, not visiting each computer to achieve goal.


what h/w s/w should I use to do this ?How to protect files,control internet %26amp; its applications, configure different manchines and control in n/w ?
